MPI may process personal and financial information provided when you or your business make a payment, inquire about or apply for MPI services, register for or use services, or communicate with MPI through email, SMS, a website, portal, or other channel.
Information may include names, date of birth, email address, billing address, username, password, nationality, country of residence, card or account details, issuer details, and transaction information such as items purchased, purchase location, value, time, and related remarks.
MPI may share personal data internally or with authorized third parties such as banks, card associations, registered financial institutions, and approved vendors or partners where necessary for payment operations, compliance, and support. MPI applies appropriate and reasonable physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data.
MPI enforces internal policies and standards that are periodically updated to comply with applicable laws, regulations, market standards, and industry best practices. MPI employees, stakeholders, and authorized third-party relationships are subject to confidentiality and appropriate contractual safeguards.

MPI may send service-related communications, notices, or alerts. Internet communications cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free, and MPI is not responsible for errors or omissions caused by internet transmission.
Where service provision requires you to provide information, credentials, materials, suggestions, feedback, or other content, you grant MPI the right to use such information for the purpose of providing the service and for compatible operational, statistical, product, or service-improvement purposes, subject to applicable laws and privacy obligations.
